If you have a telematics or dashcam unit in your replacement hire vehicle we will use it to capture data such as date, time, speed, location, recorded images, driving behaviour and other associated vehicle and driving related information from your vehicle. This information includes:

If your replacement hire vehicle is fitted with a dashboard camera (dashcam) it will be outward-looking and will not film inside the vehicle or record audio, but your image may be picked up by the dashcam when you enter or exit the vehicle.
We may contact you for the purpose of direct marketing. This means that we may use your personal data that we have collected in accordance with this privacy policy to contact you about our products or services, events etc. which we feel may interest you. The direct marketing communications may be provided to you by social media channels, email or post. We will never send marketing communications via SMS nor do we ever pass on or sell your details to a third party. You have the right to ask us not to process your information for the purposes of marketing (as detailed below). We will always seek and gain your consent before collecting your data. If we intend to use your data for marketing purposes we will gain your consent for us to do so.
