As a new year begins here at EDAM, we are delighted to celebrate our ongoing success with yet another award for excellence. Our third winning accolade in the past 12 months comes from the Training Journal, with Project Phoenix winning silver in the Best Change Management category.
The awards, which are now in their 13th year, recognise the best in learning and development practice. Project Phoenix shone; being recognised as a fast paced, high impact programme geared towards improvement and engagement within a particular business team, investing in its people and their values.
“We’re delighted to pick up another award, especially as this one comes in recognition of the commitment we have made to change management. We are passionate about delivering an outstanding employee experience here at EDAM and this goes to show that the implementation of Project Phoenix has brought about just that.” said Chief Revenue Officer, Marc Lafferty.
We also triumphed at the UK Customer Service Excellence Awards, UK CX Awards and have been awarded a 2-star accreditation from Best Companies – well deserved achievements as we enjoy continued growth.
True to our ethos ‘people made, service driven’, we are constantly evolving in accordance with our core values – which include innovation, respect, integrity, passion and fun, whilst always working as one team.
As such, Project Phoenix was initiated to make a conscious commitment to developing a performance coaching culture focussed on working collectively within a nurturing environment structured for us to thrive and achieve our personal goals whilst working in line with plans for further growth.
The result of the programme not only increased employee engagement but saw outstanding improvements in business performance.
